Welcome to Prairie Energy Cooperatives on-line bill presentation. Members can view their most recently electric bill and have the option to pay their bill on-line with this service.
You will need to have your Prairie Energy account number to view your bill. To pay your bill you will need your bank routing number and a checking or savings account number, or an active credit or debit card.
Members on invoice group billing (more than one account on a statement) can access their bill print by using the account number that appears on the stub portion of their bill. This is the same number that appears first on your list of accounts.
Electronic funds transfers are a safe, fast and convenient alternative to writing and mailing a check. Electronic bill payments are secure and private. All funds transferred electronically are posted within 5 minutes. For accounts that are past due, it is still recommended that you call our office and let us know that you have initiated your payment electronically to prevent disruption of your power.

E-Bills Check 21 / Check-by-Phone
Members can call a Prairie Energy Cooperative office during regular working hours and our billing department will process your payment over the phone. We will need your electric account number, your bank routing number and a checking or savings account number.

By Mail
A pre-addressed return envelope is enclosed with your monthly statement. The bottom portion of the statement should be sent along with your payment to ensure proper credit on your account. These payments go to a payment processing center at Humboldt County REC. Members should allow 3 to 4 days mailing time for the bill to arrive.
