Effective August 24, 2026, Prairie Energy Cooperative is pleased to welcome members to our new headquarters.

Our new office will be located at:

Clarion, IA 50525

As of Monday, August 24^th, all member services, payments, and cooperative business will be conducted from our new headquarters. While our location will be changing, members can continue to expect the same friendly service and commitment they've always received from Prairie Energy.

Our business hours remain Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and our phone number is still 515-532-2805.

Payment Information
For your convenience, a new drive-through payment drop box is available at our new headquarters.

If you've been using the payment drop box at our current office, don't worry—we will continue checking that drop box through August 31 to help make the transition as smooth as possible. After August 31, members should use the drive-through drop box at our new headquarters or any of our other available payment options.
