Prairie Energy Cooperative's 5th Annual Member Appreciation Day was held on July 15 at the Red Shed Event Center in Clarion and once again welcomed a wonderful turnout from the communities we serve. Approximately 450 members and guests attended the event, making for an evening filled with food, fun, and fellowship.

Smokee Heights served a delicious meal, while The Olde Creamery helped everyone cool off with ice cream treats from its truck. The popular Kids Zone, featuring inflatables provided by Danielle's Party Rentals, kept children entertained throughout the evening, and Prairie Energy giveaways were enjoyed by members of all ages.

One of the evening's biggest attractions was the bucket truck rides, where members—young and old alike—enjoyed a bird's-eye view from high above. The experience offered a unique perspective and a glimpse into the work Prairie Energy's lineworkers perform every day.
